Have only highish compression on no1cylinder,the rest poor.Oil down plugholes makes no difference.
Wont bother checking till 500 miles at oil change and refitting of oil cooler.

Finding it hard to get suitable plug chops in my Busy area.
The  above is 1/4 throttle, 80mph in second gear for almost a minute before I ran out of space!
How do I do 1/2 throttle,1st gear?

I only do plug chops on dual carriage way at between 70 to 80 mph cause that's the speed i ride at most of the time,so that's the mixture i want to check.

Engine is always stinky at idle so decided to sort slow running out.
The   slow jet  adjustment on zrx carbs is underneath [extremely fiddly] so I bought a pair of extra long needles that have a knurled adjuster.Fitted them to the centre 2 carbs, the outer 2 can be done easily with a cut down screwdriver.
Had a Colortune set sitting in a cupboard for at least 10 years since the last attempt using it,couldn't  see diddly squit with it.
What a difference a miserable dark winters evening makes to seeing.4 very nice blue sparks and running well smooth and only a fraction out on the vacuum side.
So well chuffed at the mo.
